The recently renovated Headquarters Building and Sunderland Lounge are both amazing venues for hire that would perfectly suit a range of business needs. With these stunning spaces priced from just $16 (small room) to $53 per hour (large hall), this is the most affordable business location in the North-West region of Auckland.  Not-for-profits also receive a 40% discount on all hire and AV charges.

Located within a few minutes walk of Little Creatures Brewery & Restaurant as well as Fabric Bay and Siamese Doll restaurants all on the waterfront, you can combine business with pleasure and hospitality. Tasty, well priced catering options are also available through New World Hobsonville and a variety of local cafes.  

Small meetings from two to fifty people, or counselling/physio/osteopath/massage or similar appointments are best suited to the Headquarters Building. Two of our spaces for hire in the Headquarters include dividers that enable internal access, perfect for a physio or similar that wishes to be able to manage two clients simultaneously while retaining their privacy.

Larger meetings, up to 200+ people can be accommodated in the Sunderland Lounge. The hall has industry standard acoustics, well suited to conferences, trainings, networking events and functions. Audio Visual equipment is available for hire and the direct ferry to the city makes travel to and from the CBD a real scenic and relaxing beginning/end to the day. We have free parking and the bus service stops just across the road.
