The Headquarters Building provides 3 uniquely different types of spaces, from the more relaxed Baffin Lounge through to the open Catalina Room with covered deck that rolls out onto a park and playground.

The Sunderland Lounge provides a large, acoustically treated, beautifully refurbished hall, suitable for up to 200+ people (depending on your seating arrangements) as well as two other spaces, one suitable for smaller parties up to around 30ppl.

NB: Hire must finish at 10pm and all guests depart – except for quiet cleaning which can take place between 10pm – 11pm. Commercial cleaning that is required can take place after your hire is complete and no hire fee will be charged for the time they use (you just pay the cleaning company their fee)
